Releases MCC Reorganization Announcement New leadership focused on aggressive growth agenda 04/12/2006 Toronto, Ontario – April 12, 2006 – MCC, a leading provider of proven mobile field service and distribution software solutions, announced today the resignation of Jon Hantho, President and CEO of MCC, who has elected to step aside. MCC thanks Jon for his contribution toward furthering its growth agenda and welcomes the new leadership team. Effectively immediately, the Board of Directors has announced that Jake van Ginkel has been appointed CEO, MCC and Jim Muzyka has been appointed President, MCC. Jake most recently worked as an independent consultant advising CEO's and senior management of several companies to improve strategy and operational execution in a wide variety of industries. Prior to that, Jake was the Chief Integration Officer for a public IT training company and as such he led the integration of the operations following the acquisition of a major competitor. Prior to that he was President & CEO of a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery. Jim most recently was the EVP, Sales and Marketing when joining MCC in October 2005. In his brief tenure, Jim built a strong sales and marketing organization and has been instrumental in the development of MCC's emerging channel focus. Over the past 15 years prior to joining MCC, Jim has provided sales and marketing leadership to early-stage businesses seeking to dynamically accelerate their growth. The new leadership will aggressively drive MCC's growth agenda through
technology innovation, customer commitment and channel expansion.
