Releases Syncronex, Inc acquires MCC Print Media Division MCC aligns resources to build
on success in the lucrative North American Field Service market 09/15/2007 Toronto, Ontario –September 15, 2007 MCC (Mobile Computing Corp.) is pleased announce today that it has successfully reached an agreement with Syncronex, Inc. of Bellevue, Washington to sell Syncronex its Print Media division. This division includes MCC’s Single Copy solution and its back office and circulation management solutions. This divestiture will allow MCC to focus its resources on the rapidly expanding field service and distribution marketplaces. With this transaction Syncronex becomes the largest provider of mobile worker technology for the newspaper and media distribution market. “MCC’s agreement with Syncronex is a positive move for everyone” according to MCC President, Jim Muzyka, “Print Media clients win because Syncronex is clearly focused on building their business by investing in that market, our employees on the Print Media team benefit because Syncronex has an aggressive growth plan.” According to Syncronex President, Mike Pirello, “This is a game changer for Syncronex that will dramatically improve our business and give us the tools to pursue opportunities presented to us by our customers.
